Damages and issues
Heartfelt Gift Box, LLC is not liable for items arriving broken, melted, or otherwise imperfect. Gift boxes are packed with intention and care so that items do not shift or break. However, things happen in transport that we have no control over. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise.
