About Heartfelt Subscription Boxes
Heartfelt Gift Box offers a Subscription Box service that is available to be purchased as a One-time Purchase, a Pay per box 6-month Plan (2 boxes in 6 months), a Pay per box 12-month Plan (4 boxes in 12 months), and a Prepaid Yearly Subscription Plan (4 boxes in 12 months). All subscriptions we offer auto-renew (this excludes the One-time Purchase option).
Subscription Boxes ship out quarterly. Actual delivery dates may vary. Shipment scheduling is as follows: first quarter box delivers sometime in Feb.-April, second quarter in May-July, third quarter in Aug.-Oct., and fourth quarter in Nov.-Jan. After purchasing any of our plans, the first box you will receive will be the Subscription Box of the upcoming quarter. For example, if you order in May, and our "first quarter" box already shipped out in April, the first box you will receive will be the "second quarter" box of the year, delivered sometime between May and July. Or if you ordered in April, right before the "first quarter" box shipped out, you will receive the "first quarter" box, which ships out between February and April.
Every Subscriber will receive the exact same box items as all of the other subscribers for each quarter. This means that if three friends all purchased a subscription at the same time, each friend will receive that exact same combination of items and coupons for each quarter.
The One-time Purchase option provides you with the opportunity to purchase a Subscription Box without actually subscribing to an on-going plan. After your one-time purchase, you will receive the Subscription Box of the current quarter, unless you ordered just past the cutoff window for the most recent box (see explanation above).
The Pay per box 6 Month Plan includes 2 Quarterly Boxes delivered in a 6-month time period: one box shipped every 3 months. This plan automatically renews every 3 months on the anniversary of the date of purchase. "Pay per box" means your stored payment will be charged for your upcoming box delivery on the 3-month anniversary of the date of purchase, and your box will be delivered to you sometime shortly thereafter. For example, if you purchased this plan on March 1, 2023, your plan will renew automatically on June 1, 2023. Your payment will automatically be processed for the Subscription fee for the next box delivery on June 1, 2023, and so on. This plan requires you to make at least 2 payments before you have the option to cancel your subscription. After your first 2 payments are completed, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue the subscription. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
The Pay per box 12 Month Plan includes 4 Quarterly Boxes delivered in a 12-month time period; one box shipped every 3 months. This plan automatically renews every 3 months on the anniversary of the date of purchase. "Pay per box" means your stored payment will be charged for your upcoming box delivery on the 3-month anniversary of the date of purchase, and your box will be delivered to you sometime thereafter. For example, if you purchased this plan on March 1, 2023, your plan will renew automatically on June 1, 2023. Your payment will automatically be processed for the Subscription fee for the next box delivery. This plan requires you to make at least 4 payments until you have the option to cancel your subscription. After your first 4 payments are completed, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue the subscription. The Prepaid Yearly Plan includes 4 Quarterly Boxes delivered in a 12-month time period; one box shipped every 3 months. This plan automatically renews every 12 months on the 1 year anniversary of the date of purchase. Pay upfront for all 4 boxes in your initial payment. You'll receive 4 boxes over the course of a year, which completes your plan after 4 deliveries, then automatically restarts your plan again unless you cancel before the 1 year anniversary of the original date of purchase. For example, if you purchased this plan on March 1, 2023, your plan will renew automatically on March 1, 2024. Your payment will automatically be charged for the Subscription fee for the next year of 4 box deliveries, delivered every 3 months on that anniversary date. You have the option to cancel your subscription any time before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew the subscription. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged immediately for the initial fee of the plan you select, as well as any recurring payments for auto-renewing your plan, without further notification or authorization from you, until you cancel. Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
By purchasing an auto-renewing subscription, you agree to pay the initial fee and any recurring fees at the then-current Subscription Box rate and accept the responsibility to pay all recurring charges prior to cancelation. You acknowledge that any promotional discounts applied to any subscription order are no longer valid after its first use. Any fees thereafter are set at the then-current Subscription Box rate. "Then-current Subscription Box Rate" is defined as the non-discounted price of the Subscription Boxes at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your subscription before the last order anniversary date of your Full Subscription Plan to stop any recurring charges. For example, if you ordered our Prepaid Yearly Plan on March 1, 2023, cancel any time BEFORE March 1, 2024, to stop any recurring charges.
No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final and nonrefundable. By purchasing any of our subscription plans, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction is nonrefundable.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log into your subscription portal through your confirmation email. You can cancel your subscription from there.
You can also click the "Manage my subscription" button on your order confirmation page. You can log into your account and cancel your subscription. Keep in mind that with the Pay per box Plans, you do not have the option to cancel until after 2 or 4 payments, depending on your plan. After that, you can cancel.
