Shipping policy
Heartfelt Gift Box ships only within the United States of America.
Heartfelt Gift Box provides shipping through United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class (when eligible), Priority, and Priority Mail Express shipping. The buyer will be responsible to pay all shipping and handling fees as shown at checkout for their order (unless buyer qualifies for free shipping). Heartfelt Gift Box is responsible for packing and shipping the order with the shipping option requested but are permitted to make a shipping change if necessary. We reserve the right to make any shipping changes at our sole discretion, for any reason.
The buyer is responsible to give accurate shipping information on all orders. Heartfelt Gift Box is not responsible for inaccurate shipping information. When the order is out of our warehouse and in the hands of USPS, we are no longer liable for any order. Delayed delivery, failure to deliver, or lost/stolen orders are no longer our responsibly. All delivery times listed on this Site are estimated and not guaranteed. As a buyer, you understand and agree that Heartfelt Gift Box will not be held accountable for any and all shipping issues.
If an order is lost/stolen in the mail by no fault of buyer or Heartfelt Gift Box, buyer will be refunded 50% of the cost of the order.
If an order is canceled, a refund will only be given if the order is still in our warehouse. However, the buyer will be charged a $10 fee that covers restocking labor and loss of packing materials (i.e. handwritten cards, packing stickers, labels, boxes, etc.).
If an order is returned to the warehouse because of address/delivery issues, Heartfelt Gift Box will not resend the order to the same address. A new address must be provided by buyer. Buyer will also be charged the appropriate shipping fee to ship the order again. If buyer chooses to not reship, the $10 fee will be charged because of the reasons listed above.
Heartfelt Gift Boxes are shipped to the recipient in a white mailer box without a packing slip or receipt of any kind. Our cards are handwritten by our team members. Heartfelt Gift Box will not be held responsible for legibility, omissions, misspellings, or any other issues in the cards.
Heartfelt Marketplace orders will come in standard shipping materials (i.e., brown shipping boxes, brown postal paper, and generic packaging supplies) and will include a packing slip.
Heartfelt Gift Box fulfills orders to the best of our ability with the buyer and recipient in mind. Appropriate measures are taken to pack items reasonably for the package to arrive in good condition, as well as writing cards clearly and carefully. The buyer understands and agrees that Heartfelt Gift Box is not responsible for damaged boxes, broken/damaged contents, or delayed/failure to deliver or any other issues after the order is taken to USPS from our warehouse.
Buyer will be given shipping confirmation information, along with shipping numbers for tracking. Buyer understands and agrees that at that point, it is buyer's responsibility to contact USPS with any and all tracking and delivery questions/issues.
